As an experienced member of the Melbourne Helpdesk team (and longest serving staff member in the Melbourne office), I have spent my time focusing on our customer’s helpdesk experience. I really enjoy the daily communication and support I am able to give our customers. I feel it is very important to get to know and understand our customers, as it allows myself and the Helpdesk team to provide a more personalised and better experience.
When I’m not in the office scoring goals for customers, I enjoy watching my beloved Blues playing AFL footy and scoring their own goals. I also enjoy keeping up to date with new technologies and playing the occasional video game or two.
