Comrad Service Desk Portal
Comrad services team has launched a new online service portal. The portal can be used to:
- Create new support tickets
- Monitor progress on existing tickets
- Add comments or updates to tickets
- Gain an organisational view of all open support tickets
- View Knowledge Base articles, and release notes online

Download and install TeamViewer for remote assistance
Your Comrad representative will take you through the steps of connecting to the Comrad TeamViewer app.
- Click the Download button to begin the download and installation process. A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to run or save the Comrad TeamViewer app.
- Click “Run” on the prompt window. A Comrad-branded TeamViewer “Allow Remote Control” window will pop up.
- Provide the ID and password to the Comrad representative. The app will automatically connect you to Comrad’s TeamViewer session.
Medicare and DVA Schedules (Australian COMRAD Customers only)
Click on the right link to download Medicare and DVA scheduled fee update files if you wish to update your scheduled fees in COMRAD.

* The file structure of the DVA files have been altered to facilitate the direct import into COMRAD to the DVAIN and DVAOUT schedules.
