Get to know…John Dowley, Comrad Customer Helpdesk Supervisor
“My main focus is managing Comrad’s customer support process and leading the Helpdesk team across Australia and New Zealand. Our team is continually analysing, reviewing and adjusting our methods. Some of these processes will be visible to you, our customers, and many take place behind-the-scenes, but they are all aimed at making your experience better and fixing your issues in a shorter amount of time. A current area of focus for the Comrad Helpdesk team is to make our processes more transparent by providing better visibility to tickets and to enable you to track progress within tickets. On a personal note, I’m a keen CrossFit devotee and fisherman, both of which I find nice contrasts to the office life.”
