The Role
This additional role to the team will be reporting to our Head of Business Development and Sales. You will own key customer relationships across our client base, through strong engagement with exemplary customer service and a real understanding of their business. This will also include retaining customers, driving account growth and enabling upselling of our product suite.
This role requires established expertise in the radiology sector. You will be the trusted point of contact for radiology partners, the escalation point when issues arise, and the voice and advocate of the customer when we shape our product roadmap. If you have expertise in how radiology businesses operate and where software can add value, this role will let you put that knowledge to work every day.
Key Responsibilities

Client Account Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with radiology clients through regular engagement with stakeholders at all levels. Develop a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, proactively address their needs, and deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.

Account Growth & Retention: Maximise client retention by supporting successful contract renewals and identifying opportunities to enhance customer value. Recommend additional features, solutions, and integrations that align with clients' business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to sustainable account growth.

Customer Experience: Organise and attend product demonstrations and service account meetings, proactively identifying potential risks and escalating issues early to ensure timely resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Solution Design & Proposal Development: Present tailored solutions to both business and technical stakeholders, translating customer requirements into practical outcomes. Support the development of proposals and commercial responses, collaborate with technical teams to prepare solution documentation, and ensure a seamless handover of approved solutions to the delivery team for implementation.

Product Expertise: Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the Comrad product portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor to clients by recommending solutions that align with their business objectives, optimise workflows, and maximise the value of their investment.
Experience and Skills
Essential
-
Radiology Expertise (Essential): Demonstrated experience within the radiology industry, with a strong understanding of radiology practice operations, workflows, and the challenges facing diagnostic imaging providers. Ability to engage confidently with radiology stakeholders and provide informed guidance from day one. Experience using a Radiology Information System (RIS) is essential to understanding client needs, with experience using any commercial RIS solution highly regarded.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, present clearly, and explain complex solutions in an easy-to-understand way. Experience presenting and influencing at executive and C-level is a bonus.

Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and precision in every interaction, whether it's a client proposal, a technical issue, or follow-up communication.

Nice to Have
- Sales or Account Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in account management, customer success, or sales within the healthcare or radiology sector. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with radiology providers, vendors, and key stakeholders while delivering exceptional customer service and managing client expectations
- Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with NetSuite and the Microsoft Office suite.
