Client Account Manager
Melbourne, Australia (Hybrid), or Australia Wide (Remote)

We are looking for a Client Account Manager to build and manage strong customer relationships across the Comrad client base. In this role, you will drive sales opportunities, support product upselling, and help retain clients through proactive engagement and a strong understanding of their business needs. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, coordinate product demonstrations, and work closely with our Product and Services teams to share customer insights and identify opportunities for growth.

This is a new executive role at Comrad, created to bring commercial strategy and financial leadership together at the heart of our next phase of growth. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Leadership Team, you will shape pricing strategy, drive commercial performance, and build the business cases behind our product and investment decisions. It is a role for someone who can hold the numbers and the bigger picture at the same time.
