We are looking for a Client Account Manager based in Melbourne (hybrid work model)  within the healthcare and/or radiology sector to expand our existing team. The successful applicant will focus on providing exemplary customer service to our Australian and New Zealand customers.

About the role:

Working within our Sales and Account Management team, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, managing the account with all key stakeholders, driving new business, and ensuring that our software solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers by understanding their business and application of Comrad RIS

  • You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers increasing customer advocacy levels.
  • Proactively providing account management to understand the customer’s business needs and priorities and identify opportunities for account expansion.
  • Ensure proposals, contracts, and pricing align with the sales strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and successful outcomes.

About you:

  • You will have 5+ years working in the radiology environment, either in sales, account management, practice management and/or customer liaison roles.
  • You have a proven track record as a high achiever of meeting or exceeding your KPIs in your current role.
  • You have an outgoing personality and can build strong relationships, with the ability to work with and influence key stakeholders.
  • You’re a quick learner and have the acumen to learn about Comrad’s products and offerings.
  • You’re driven, with a commitment to high-quality customer service who can follow issues through to resolution.
  • You’re self-motivated and directed, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • You bring strong communication and presentation skills.
